The local tax is not included in the stated prices; however, with every booking, you gain exclusive access to the SkySPA area – accessible for guests aged 18 and above.
Take advantage of the fitness room, the dressed sauna, the whirlpool, the infrared cabins, the relaxation room, and the panoramic terrace.
The rental of bathrobes and sauna towels is also included in the price.

For our guests in the studios and apartments, we provide complimentary bed linen and towels. The final cleaning, as well as one free parking space per apartment, is included in the total price. A washing machine is available in the house, for a fee. (Please note that dishes are not provided.)

Pets are not allowed.

Carefree Cancellation:

We would like to introduce you to the “carefree cancellation” conditions: Uncomplicated, flexible & free cancellation & rebooking options for your booked or still to be booked vacation days in the next year! You have the option to cancel the reservation free of charge up to 1 day before arrival or to rebook without further notice.
Exception! For group bookings, the deadline is 7 days.
