• The prices are per day
• The prices include VAT, hot water, electricity, and sewage disposal
• Local Tax is also included in the price
  
• Additional vehicles, tents, and trailers will be charged separately
• Any day visitors will be subject to a flat fee

• Your reserved pitch is available from 2:00 PM on the arrival day
• Reserved pitches will be held until 5:00 PM on the arrival day
  If you are delayed, please notify us, as the pitch will otherwise be reallocated
• Late arrivals are possible until 8:00 PM by arrangement
• Please vacate the pitch by 11:00 AM on the departure day
• To ensure all guests enjoy a restful night's sleep, departures before 7:30 AM are not possible
• For safety reasons, day visitors are not allowed to use the outdoor pool according to legal regulations
• Pitch requests are accepted for stays of at least two weeks.
  We reserves the right to make changes
• Please note that we are an adults-only campsite and therefore cannot offer overnight stays for families with children
• The SkySPA at the Aurum Arcadia dependance is available to camping guests by prior arrangement and for an additional charge

• Bathrobe rental: €15.00 per bathrobe/stay
