Törggelen in the House Cellar
A firmly rooted autumn tradition in South Tyrol that we are happy to maintain: Törggelen. Private groups can experience authentic Törggelen evenings in our rustic house cellar. A festive atmosphere and traditional music set the mood for a warm gathering.
We serve the typical South Tyrolean Törggelen dishes, lovingly prepared from the first course to the last: barley soup, smoked meats, sauerkraut, dumplings, and the unique potato "Blattlen." The culinary journey is accompanied by a perfectly paired glass of wine. Enjoy a traditional piece of South Tyrol.
